A gratuity is not included in the hourly rate and will never be automatically added to your bill. As the host, you have the option to add a gratuity to the bill if you choose to do so. Gratuities are appreciated and divided amongst the staff (bartenders and servers) evenly. If you prefer a tip jar NOT be on the bar during your event, please let us know and we will honor your request.
